The Lobster Pot is a Provincetown Tradition and the iconic neon lobster sign has guided generations of guests to our door.   People come from around the world to experience our fresh seafood, an amazing view of Provincetown Harbor and outstanding Cape Cod hospitality!  The McNulty family took over operations in 1979 with the goal of providing an authentic Cape Cod dining experience in a comfortable setting. Focused on quality food and supported by outstanding service, the Lobster Pot is an institution like no other and part of what makes Provincetown so special. You can dine in either of our two waterfront dining rooms and choose from a menu that features the finest and freshest in seafood, Portuguese specialties, steaks, poultry, vegetarian and light fare. Our Specialty Drinks and Wine List offers a collection of delicious cocktails or find the perfect wine to pair with your meal. Our complete menu is served all day starting at 11:30 am. No reservations are accepted.

Since 1979 the McNulty family has been dedicated to the winning combination of outstanding food and unsurpassed service with the Lobster Pot, a lobster shack on the beach that’s grown into an iconic destination and a genuine expression of Cape Cod dining.
